Private Beta

Install

On a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later, download the current disk image from /download and open it. That is the only Mac install path for this beta.

On iPhone, install from the TestFlight invitation in Andrew’s message. There is no public App Store listing for this Private Beta.

Permissions, in order

Microphone. So Auldera can record your voice.

System Audio. So Auldera can record everyone else in the meeting.

Calendar. So Auldera can arm recording from a watched Apple or Google calendar. Calendar arming does not detect a live call.

Accessibility. So Zoom can supply speaker names. Without it, Auldera can still notice a Zoom meeting; names fall back to Others.

What this beta is

This is invited, pre-release software. Auldera records, transcribes, and summarizes on your device. Meetings stay on the device unless you turn on sync. Features can change or stop during testing.

Auldera can automatically notice a live Zoom meeting. For Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, Webex, Slack huddles, and other meetings, use automatic arming from a watched Apple or Google calendar, or press Record. Calendar arming does not detect a live call. Zoom detection does not supply speaker names unless Accessibility is on.

Report a problem

Email support@auldera.com. On the Mac, attach Help › Export Logs…. On iPhone, attach the Diagnostics export. Include your account ID, the build, what you did, and what happened. Do not send recordings, transcripts, passwords, or sign-in tokens.
